NYU Traveler was created to provide the NYU community with tools and services for their travel needs and to help keep them safer. University-related travel may be booked or registered through NYU Traveler.  Only NYU netID holders are eligible for direct access to the NYU Traveler booking and registration tools.

Use the NYU Traveler Egencia Instructions to guide you through entering your travel information if you do NOT book through Egencia.

All NYU students are encouraged to book their travel using Egencia. Your information will automatically be uploaded to NYU Public Safety so your travel can be monitored in case any destinations you visit become unstable and unsafe. You will also benefit from NYU rates and discounts. While Egencia might not always be the cheapest way of booking your travel, if you do encounter any travel issues you have the benefit of working with an Egencia travel agent to resolve the problem.

Most travel booked on discount websites don’t offer assistance for delays and cancellations and your arrangements don’t have flexibility due to the locked-in fare or rate. Make sure you know the restrictions when booking on a discount online website.
